[new][edit][reply] HRMS Fundamentals
All of the elements regarding the HRMS Fundamental Screens are currently in the Help System or on the existing HRMS webforms. I would suggest that we used the existing forms to determine what those fundamental items are to capture all of the basics.
What does the group think? See the manual provided by East Carolina University at the link below:

[new][edit][reply] Clarification?
Is our intent to cite all of the fields on the Banner forms, or to provide a summary of where users can go in Banner to find specific information?
I just thought of another area that is "hidden" in banner. When an employee, usually a Dean or a Chair, has an administrative attachment, you need to look under NBAJOBS under the employee's position number and then click on ATTACH to see the amount of the employee's attachment.
Perhaps we could add "attachment info" under NBAJOBS.
