- The E-reports KnowledgeBase is a library of single-topic articles presented as responses to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Cognos ReportNet and the reporting functionality. The articles are formated as step-by-step job aids that can be used online or printed and used as a hard copy.
WSU Knowledgebase
- A collection of single-topic articles in a Frequently Asked Question format. The site can be browsed by topic or searched by entering text into a search field.
WSU Help System
- A document management system containing a wide range of Wayne State administrative topics. When the page opens, the Cognos portion of the systems can be accessed by clicking on the "Cognos" link in the left margin.
