General Questions

Can an approver edit the established routing queue of an EPAF?

• No, only the originator can establish the routing sequence.

Can an originator's ability to edit the routing queue be disabled?

• No.

Can an approver add another approver to an EPAF routing or can only an originator do so?

• Only originators have the ability to establish routing for an EPAF transaction.

Does a default EPAF Approval Category routing need to be set up and what happens if it isn't?

• Setting up default approval routings for approval categories is optional. However, if default routing is not setup for an EPAF Approval Category, every time the originator creates that particular EPAF transaction type they will have to manually select User IDs for each approval level before submitting the EPAF.

• NOTE: An EPAF report will be available to view existing default routing established by EPAF originators.

Is there an EPAF role that allows a person to only view transactions?

• Yes - the FYI role allows a person to view the EPAF transaction but does not require his or her action for the EPAF to process.
