1st round of testing scheduled June 19, 2007 10:00 a.m.

Testing – Have ID’d 149 people for testing.

Testing Implementation Strategies:

2 rounds of testing:

1st round, TERM E, TERM J

2nd round, CONDAT, PEAEMP

Each round will include: How to access PPRD environment, Establish transaction routing Originate transactions Scan transactions, Approve transactions FYI verification Apply transactions

Imaging functionality not available for testing.

Rollout phase 1:

Will include TERM-E, TERM-J, CONDAT, PEAEMP, and, hopefully, LABOR.

Timeframes discussed that would not fall into a highly active period for the S/C/D's for major project implementation(s): last two weeks of September, early October; November; January 2008.

Re-affirmed the importance of having imaging functionality available for phase 1 implementation.

Form Intelligence – In process of identifying CIT resource to support programming "form intelligence", custom routing, EMAIL notification system, assessing George Mason University modifications, etc.
